New customers who order Internet 100 or higher plus at least two paid Unlimited Mobile lines, and existing Spectrum Internet customers who switch at least two mobile lines to Spectrum Mobile, are covered by the Spectrum Savings Guarantee when switching from Verizon, T-Mobile or AT&T: if your first-year savings don’t reach $1,000 versus what you were paying, Spectrum credits you the difference.* (The one free Mobile service in Spectrum One doesn’t count as a paid line.)

$40/mo with Internet 100, $50/mo with Internet 500 and $60/mo with Internet 1 Gig, each for 1 year. That is the Internet promotional price plus Advanced WiFi ($10/mo on Internet 100 and 500, included with 1 Gig); the Unlimited Mobile service is free for 12 months through bill credits. Taxes, fees and activation charges are extra, and standard rates apply after the promotional period.
For the first 12 months, yes. Spectrum applies bill credits to your first Unlimited Mobile service when you have Spectrum Internet and Auto Pay. It covers the first line only and does not include a phone; tablets and smartwatches don’t qualify. After 12 months, standard Unlimited rates apply.
Yes. Additional lines are Unlimited $30/mo per line, Unlimited Plus $40/mo per line ($30 with Internet 1 Gig) and Unlimited Plus Premium $50/mo per line. Spectrum Internet® and Auto Pay required.
No annual contracts, and no data caps on Spectrum Internet. On Unlimited Mobile, speeds may slow after 30GB of cellular data during times of high demand, and hotspot speeds are reduced after 5GB.

Spectrum One is open to new and existing customers: if you already have Spectrum Internet, you can add Advanced WiFi ($10/mo, or move to Internet 1 Gig, which includes it) and one Unlimited Mobile service, free for its first 12 months. The promotional Internet prices on this page are for new residential customers (no Spectrum service in the past 30 days); offers for existing customers vary by location and plan, and Spectrum confirms them on your account.
